We walked by a butcher shop. If you look closely at the photo on the left, you will see a glass case in the top-left corner. What you have here is a matter of Before and After. Meat cannot get any fresher than this!
In case you are wondering, we do not get our meat at these small meat markets; we opt for the regular grocery stores. However, many locals buy the meat directly from the butchers. I just can't bring myself to buy meat where cute little soon-to-be-butchered creatures are tethered out front.
