Yellow Smiley

This past February and March, we were ministering in Lemon Springs, North Carolina. Steve and Sylvia Simpson are good friends of ours. We were doing a lot of juicing and juice fasting while we were there and they decided to give it a try. We named one of our favorite drinks "Yellow Smiley" because the juice is yellow and also because Sylvia Simpson loves yellow smileys. She has them everywhere, from her kitchen to her office. 

The "Green Smiley" is a variation of the "Yellow Smiley." Enjoy...and Smile!  :)

2 mangos

8 ice cubes

GREEN SMILEY

8 oranges

2 mangos

2 packed cups spinach or Romaine

8 ice cubes

Yields: 6-1/2 cups
