Dish Drying Mat

We were in Bed, Bath, and Beyond a couple of weeks ago, buying a few things to outfit our "new" kitchen. I was thinking about buying a dish drain. I never had one in the Jayco (our old RV) because I did not have room to store a dish drain. But the HitchHiker has more storage room than we know what to do with. I was a little surprised at how expensive good dish drains are. 

As I was scouting out my options, I saw a microfiber dish drying mat. It can receive a lot of water without getting soaked, as was the case when I've placed dish towels on the counter. I bought the small one, then went back and bought the XL one also, which fits perfectly on my counter. These mats are some of the best kitchen gadgetry items I have had in a quite some time. I actually like them better than a dish drain, and they are not expensive. Just thought some of you homemakers might be interested!!
