Dead Sea Mud

In early December, we visited the Dead Sea. Yes, that is mud on my hands. The minerals in the mud are said to be highly therapeutic. The mud on my hands is mud directly from the water. The mud you buy in stores is "clean" mud. I don't think I'll try too hard to explain that one, other to say that companies say they somehow purify the mud and then package it. Sounds like a really brilliant marketing plan! But I will give them the benefit of the doubt; maybe they really can clean mud.
