Vegetable Rolls

We are in Banning, California, ministering to churches in this area and today I went to Papaya Bay Thai Restaurant to pick up some lunch. These vegetable rolls wrapped in rice paper were DELICIOUS! I brought them back to our hotel room and told Bill that it had been a long time since I ate something so satisfying. They tasted SO healthy. If you think people who post pictures of their food online are odd, please forgive me. I just had to share my mild excitement about eating such scrumptious food. :)
